• Lead business and market development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals within the Federal Government space
• Manage and deliver large, complex engagements that identify, design and implement creative business and technology methodologies for U.S. Federal government clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior management at U.S. Federal government agencies, positioning the firm for opportunities to generate new business in the ServiceNow space
• Provide leadership to Client Service and Delivery teams and mentor junior staffQualifications:
  • Minimum fifteen years of recent management consulting experience providing technology advisory services to U.S. Federal government clients
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, client management and project management skills, along with a strong business development track record
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
  • U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
